You may have noticed I haven’t been posting on my blog for a good few weeks now (which has been so hard as I have lots of yummy recipes to share with you), well that’s because I have been working on something very exciting – the and new and improved Spoonie Sophia! My blog was in need of a big refresh as before I was just using a very non customisable template in WordPress. This new site feels so much more me 
A huge thank you to my amazing Mum Karen for all of of her hard work in helping me get this done. And thank you to the wonderfully talented Julia Brown (Instagram @juliabethan) for designing my amazing logo!
